Yes it's hibiscus (in my country as well, no strange names for this one 😉). Very beautiful. Love the pinks. Wow.

Yes this is Hibiscus Syriacus. It is the national flower of South Korea also known as the Korean Rose. A very popular garden flower here in the UK. Beautiful painting! I love the rich colours, and so much work has gone into those leaves.
